What is Celiac Handbook?
Celiac Handbook is a curated collection of gluten-free recipes, reviews, interviews, news, events, and commentary from the gluten-free community at large. We’ve been around since early 2004, and living and loving the gluten-free life™ ever since. One thing we should clear up, there isn’t a physical “handbook” available, it’s only this Website :)
