In a recent blog post from Triumph Dining, they noted that Boston Market has reformulated their gravy to be gluten-free. This is great news as Boston Market has always had several gluten-free menu options — the only difference now is that you won’t have to worry about asking for everything without the gravy. Extra diligence is still necessary as cross-contamination is always a risk, but this is one more step in the right direction from a restaurant that has been catering to the gluten-free community for some time.

The new gravy should be in stores at the beginning of February, but I would still ask about it being gluten-free as a precaution. So, if you’re already a Boston Market fan, here’s one more item to add to your plate — if not, then maybe it’s time to go give it a try. A $1 off coupon is available here.

If you decide to go and try it, let us know how it all works out.
