But, you are still taking a chance for cross contamination. Sometimes it's a gamble that I take since I love to eat out. If I had known that Damian the Ignorant, had slipped gluten into my food, I would certainly have called the restaurant to complain since it is their responsibility to hire competent staff. Damian is a very ignorant, angry, vindictive person. God help him if he ever has a disease that is not visible and no one believes that he is really ill! Cardone Piscataway NJ turns up a review of his cooking when he was at Beau Jo's in 2007 in Glenwood Springs, written by a man from Piscataway NJ. Furthermore, his father, Joseph Cardone, a self-employed comedian, also hails from Piscataway NJ. I'm thinking this guy is in or around Piscataway. Take it away, folks. I was told by the owner he is NOT a chef and he no longer works there. It sounded like he lost his job due to this. I love Florindo's and ate there prior to being diagnosed. I know people that actually come from Vail and the likes to eat there. He just listed himself as a "chef for hire". I say keep asking because you never know he can get a job from Aspen to Vail and stay put in Glenwood. I don't think he should get another job someplace else because I live and work in this town. I want the restaurants in the area to be fully aware of what he is capable of so they don't hire him to poison me.
