It’s great to hear the likes of David Lebovitz talking about a gluten-free bakery in such glowing terms. David was a pastry chef at the venerable Chez Panisse and has authored the books, Room for Dessert, Ripe for Dessert, The Great Book of Chocolate, The Perfect Scoop, The Sweet Life in Paris, and most recently, Ready for Dessert. If there’s anything you want to know about dessert, David is really the ultimate source of knowledge.
