Every year at the holidays there are always dozens of lists posted on Websites stating what is and what is not gluten-free. This year, I’m particularly impressed with the Easter candy list from MyGlutenFacts.com. There’s a lot of great information on the manufacturing process as well as plenty of facts about some of your favorite mainstream candy makers, including the following designations for each product:
- Cleaned Production Line
- Dedicated Gluten-Free Production Line
- Dedicated Gluten-Free Facility
The site looks like it’s going to be a good one over time. They touch on many subjects other than candy lists. There are recipes, restaurant cards, grocery lists, and a lot more.
