I see the gluten free revolution as a stark reminder about how far removed we have become not just from the way we relate to the foods we eat, but from our very bodies. I am also passionate about the standard of doctors, and have been frustrated by many who don't seem to understand the importance of a good diet. The worst part is when a doctor is unhealthy. It doesn't make any sense to me-- I'd like to believe that doctors and surgeons who deal with diabetics and etc... would know better to maintain a healthy lifestyle. How does one conduct a double-bypass surgery AND have high cholesterol issues and etc..? I hope your project succeeds, and prevails! I am strongly supportive of your mission with Primal Docs.
