Rudi’s Unbelievably Good
Gluten-Free Recipe Contest

Rudi’s is one of a few gluten-free bread makers that we’re really big fans of, so it was really no surprise that we’d get excited about a new contest. It’s all quite simple, just come up with a great gluten-free recipe that includes one of their gluten-free products and submit it for a chance to win some fantastic prizes.

The Rudi’s Gluten-Free Unbelievably Good Recipe Contest started on Monday, April 18 and they’ll accept recipe submissions through May 20, 2011. Good luck and be sure to let us know what recipes you submit.

What are the rules for entering?

Simply submit your gluten-free story and a completely gluten-free recipe that includes one of our gluten-free products: Original, Multigrain and Cinnamon Raisin Breads, Multigrain Hamburger Buns and Hot Dog Rolls, and Original Pizza Crusts. It’s as simple as that.

Voting will start on the same day and will continue through June 6, 2011. The top ten finalists, determined by the number of Facebook votes, will each receive a $250 gift card to Williams-Sonoma, an assortment of Rudi’s Gluten-Free products and swag, and a chance for their recipe to be selected as a top three finalist. Three finalists, determined by a panel of judges, will receive a trip for two to Boulder, Colo., home of Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery. While in Boulder, the three finalists will compete in the Final Recipe Cook-Off at Restaurant 4580 in Boulder, Colo. on June 24, 2011. The grand prize winner will star in a National Foundation for Celiac Awareness – Alternative Appetites cooking show with Chef Dan of Renegade Kitchen and be featured in a national advertisement for Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery.
