“DENVER — Denver-based Udi’s Gluten Free Foods has grown quickly since its master baker developed a recipe for gluten-free bread that tastes similar to regular bread.

CEO Devin Anderson says that if sales trends from the first half of the year continue, the company is poised to have $70 million in sales this year, up from $5.5 million in 2009. The private company doesn’t release profits.

Udi’s also is launching new products, fostering a new division to supply restaurants with gluten-free hamburger and hot dog buns and pizza crusts, and building a third production facility in Denver…”
