Some, like “Learn to read labels, really read them” are obvious, but others like, “Ditch the boxes and packages and learn to stick to single-ingredient foods” are too commonly ignored by folks in search of the ultimate gluten-free substitute for their favorite comfort foods. This really is a great list of common sense tips that will help anyone embarking on a gluten-free diet and who is really interested in healthy results.
