I have done the same thing....the only special gluten free thing I have is home made seed bread . If I make it I know everything that goes into it! I tried the gluten free packaged food and it really disagreed with me....then I realised I was reacting to the soya and corn content of it. At one time I could eat rice cakes but now these are a no go area as well. I am with you, I buy good quality meat and fish, veg and some fruits. I love Greek yogurt and get the real thing locally as I live in a Greek village. Sounds like your kids are growing up to recognize a healthy diet, which means you are giving them a great start. I am with you on the Monsanto bit, I think the modified grains are even worse for us than grains used to be! I think my Celiac disease is saving me from a long slow painful death from them!
