Have you ever tried to buy gluten-free beef jerky at the market? It’s nearly impossible. Almost every mainstream brand contains soy sauce which as most of you know contains wheat. There are one or two brands at markets like Whole Foods that I’ve seen, but I’m not always able to get there and often times have to rely on some of the large national chains, which have a very limited selection of gluten-free snack items (or even naturally gluten-free items that aren’t laced with chemicals and unnecessary additives).
