I made these last weekend, they are awesome! Minor change, I used one of those Starbucks VIA instant coffee packets instead of espresso powder (its what I had on hand) and it still worked perfectly.

@Judy, I’m sure you can use regular salt. Celtic Sea Salt is something that Elana uses in all of her recipes.
