So this might be a little late for an Easter brunch, but I thought I’d share this cocktail recipe from The Family Kitchen anyway. Whether it’s Easter or any other day of the year — there’s nothing quite like a Mimosa at lunch. This one has an extra twist — they’ve added carrots and cayenne, I can’t wait to try it. For those of you not wanting to indulge and are avoiding alcohol, there’s a virgin version of the recipe as well. Either way, it’s definitely a nice refreshing beverage for a spring brunch.
