Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think I’ve ever had anything with elderflower liquor in it before — I’m not even quite sure what it is. But from the sound of this recipe from Foodista, it’s probably pretty good. Anything that calls for a lemon icing can’t be bad. I’d love to see something replace the corn starch, but other than that, this one looks like a winner.
