I’m addicted to tea, especially Double Spice Chai Black Tea from Stash (it’s not necessarily an exotic brand, but it’s readily available in almost any supermarket and oh so good). I love virtually anything with chai, it was something I discovered while in college and something that I continue to seek out to this day. So when I came across this recipe for Gluten-Free Carrot Bread with Chai Spices from Karina, the Gluten-Free Goddess, needless to say, I was excited. This will give me something to do in the kitchen next weekend and add yet another favorite to my long list of chai flavored dishes that I already love.
