Lemon Bars have to be one of the best desserts of all time. There have been many attempts to convert the many recipes out there to gluten-free — all with varying degrees of success, but this version from The Baking Beauties has to take the prize. Based on a recipe from the incomparable Ina Garten (one of my favorites), this lemon bar is loaded with lemon flavor and has a wonderful light crust — in short, perfection.
