I love the fact that these peanut butter cups from Health Indulgences use really simple ingredients — peanut butter (I’d love to try with it some sunflower seed butter or almond butter too), unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut oil, and just a little bit of honey to give it a little sweetness — I’ve always preferred a subtly sweet candy or dessert to the overly sweet candy available at the store. I’m sure this recipe could be adapted in so many different ways using all of your favorite ingredients, everything from almonds to coconut to bits of dried fruit. Whichever you do, this is a pretty safe bet for candy if that’s what you’re feeling like :)
