Yet another roast chicken recipe (the second one I’ve posted today). This one from Elana’s Pantry (as everyone who knows me knows, is one of my all-time favorites). This one even features the lemon that I was talking about earlier. She has based this recipe on a recipe from Ina Garten (another all-time favorite).
