Rosemary-Peach Sparkler

I haven’t posted much in the way of cocktails, but this one looked too good to pass up. Even stranger is the source — it’s not coming from a food blog or even a food Website, it’s coming from an interior design blog of all places — Coco+Kelley. I guess they posted it for the same reasons as me.

My wife introduced me to the Bellini on one of our first dates and it’s been one of my favorites ever since. It’s a simple cocktail with puréed white peaches and Prosecco and is one of the most refreshing cocktails that you could ever have. This recipe for a Rosemary-Peach Sparkler lives up to that tradition of the Bellini and is a welcome treat anytime day or night. Just don’t overdo it as it goes down far too easy and will sneak up on you — I guess this is my way of saying, “Drink Responsibly”.
