An omelette is obviously naturally gluten-free providing that they don’t have any offending ingredients mixed in or worse yet, you get it from IHOP who happens to use pancake batter to make their eggs fluffy :( Sylvie of Gourmande in the Kitchen certainly has it right when she says that an omelette… “is a feel-good, casual food, the sort that makes you want to roll up your sleeves, get comfortable and dive in”.
