What could be better than a bowl of tomato soup? It’s a perfect nutritious meal any time of the day (or year). There are so many things you can add to it to create different variations and to fit different cravings. This recipe for Tomato Basil Soup from Food Renegade looks like a winner to me. I currently have about 10 tomato plants in my garden that are getting ready to yield some ripe tomatoes and I know exactly what I’m going to do with the first ones off of the vine. I can’t wait.
