
Besides eggs, I probably eat granola (with yogurt) more than anything else. It has to be one of the most satisfying meals that I could possibly eat. While I’ve tried most of the store-bought versions available in the U.S. and in Europe, the ones that I make myself following a recipe like this from
The Spunky Coconut tend to be my favorites. That’s not to say I don’t like some of the store-bought versions, but I just really like the freedom of putting what I want into my own gluten-free concoctions. That being said, I really don’t think you could go wrong with vanilla, almond, and strawberry — I don’t think I’d be changing much with this one.

About the same time Zoe was asking me to buy cereal, Andy was asking me to make my Chai Granola. He eats it throughout the day, by the handful.
