They actually have the same exact ingredients as the brown rice tortillas from Trader Joe's, which I love (see how I make them below), so I wonder if they may be the same manufacturer. I actually came to the point where I don't even try to warm and use them for wrapping food, but here's a real treat I discovered by accident: place one tortilla on top of a folded cloth (napkin or towel) in the microwave, uncovered. Then nuke it on high for 60-75 seconds. (I use 75, but microwaves vary and you don't want to overdo it.) Take it out, and off the cloth-let it cool a bit and air dry so it gets crisp. It will be toasty brown in places. (Cook it more if it isn't crisp. Usually it's crisp in some places and a little chewy in others.) Spread on some butter and cinnamon, and enjoy! (You might want to hold it over a plate, because they tend to break apart.) Pat Thanks, Chris, I didn’t know about these. I just discovered them at Expo East in Boston last week. There's a video interview describing them on my blog if you want to check them out: http://blog.julesglutenfree.com/?p=290 ~jules Hi Chris,
