Do you think that GMO wheat may be a cause and not older heirloom varieties? We’ve been GF for 2 years. I have two kids with Celiac disease and eating gluten-free has changed our world for the better.

I will most definitely give them a read. I have tried the diet on my little girl as well and you can tell a change in her mood and attitude..she even seems to be able to focus more (we both have ADD..I have a little more things wrong). When would a good time be for her to be check with the tubes because I had both the scope and blood done..the scope found it but the blood said the opposite. My doctor said that they can do that but since the diet and the scope work hand in hand.. then that is what is going on.

I am gf because I have celiac and I am still new to this all. I’d say I’ve been on my diet for a few months and just now seeing a bit of a difference!

I forwarded it to my cousins…my aunt has bi-polar and fibromyalsia…she also has serious gut troubles….I hope she will consider trying gluten free or at least wheat free diet….she is 65 so I am not sure if she will try but I am hopeful…we are used to being gf around here as my son has celiac so I have told them I will take her shopping if she wants to do a trial…how long would be a good trial? 2 weeks? or longer?…….thanks!! (I am a mother of a celiac for almost 7 yrs now :)
