Inspired by the one and only Elana of Elana’s Pantry, Marla Meridith of Family Fresh Cooking has discovered the joys of cooking with almond flour — and what a joy it truly is. Almond flour as well as coconut flour are hands down the most healthy of the gluten-free flours available.  They add a wonderful flavor as well as a very low carb footprint — what more could you ask for?
Elana uses almond flour. Marla is now using almond flour.  If you haven’t tried almond flour, I can’t sing its praises enough.
