Deborah Gordon, MD
Despite excellent academic training in “interventional medicine”, my practice has always focused on preventive medicine and gentle correctional measures designed to regain health rather than drugs which may relieve symptoms, but only confuse issues of true health. I start with nutritional evaluation and recommendations, focusing on nutrient dense choices and careful food preparation. I also rely on homeopathic and hormonal evaluation and treatment where there are existing health problems.
I am eager to focus more on the lifestyle lessons to be learned from Ancestral and Primal studies, specifically in the areas of health sleep, exercise, physical flexibility, and stress-reduction.
